    Kashmir is known for its handicraft. One afternoon we got the opportunity to watch a young girl weaving a Kashmiri carpet. The carpet in the picture will take at least 9 months to complete, working relentless 7-8 hour days. Each knot is strategically strung to create the infamous patterns sought after by so many.
